I have a sauna at home, I use it to relieve muscle pain, relaxation, and to relieve hangovers. I have found that sweating helps especially with the latter, and even though I am prone to sweating anyway, this vest facilitates the process and help me get over it faster. Before you judge me for the occasional hangover, I get them if I drink as little as two drinks most of the time and its gotten worse with age. This vest fits true to size, feels good, and supports the process.
