I'm 5'.5" tall and my belly and waist fat make my waist size about 38" than the original 34", for that reason I did order of XL size, it is very easy to put and remove for me and does not cause me itching, also I could wash it on my whashing machine and do not broke or separate into pieces, I recommend do use of Whoolite Everyday detergent.
