I like how easy it is to use, and how good of an interface it has. I dislike how slow it can be when working with large projects. It takes a long time to load or create a new project. Sometimes it will freeze up too. It would be nice if there was a way to export your data to another program so you could have more control over what information gets sent to other programs. If you are looking for a great tool for tracking work orders, this is definitely worth checking out. We use it as our main system for keeping track of all our work orders. It makes it very easy to see where we need to do future work. This allows us to keep our jobs organized and easily accessible. It also keeps a record of who did what on each job. We no longer need to write down any notes about the jobs.
