Fixd - Review of Tricentis Work Center
The ability to view all work orders in one place makes it easy for our team members to quickly identify any outstanding issues or requests that need attention from an engineer. I wish there were more options available when creating new work orders. It would be nice if we could assign multiple people at once instead of having to go into each person's profile page individually. This product has been very helpful with streamlining our workflow process. We are able to see what jobs have not yet been completed so they can get done right away.

- Easy way organize my engineers' tickets
- Easily searchable information about who is assigned which ticket, etc.
- Ability find out where your engineering employees stand within their daily tasks this helps you know how much slack time (free hours) should exist between shifts/work days
