I've had the pillow for about 2 months or so now and wow, what a difference. It's pretty long for starts, I'm 5'3 and is right below my knee in length. The material can seem a little stiff, however, I think it's great for support and I can move the cotton inside around for my needs. I originally purchased this as a replacement body pillow I got my BF years ago and its so much nicer than expected. He was surprised when it showed up at his front door but he uses it for everything, bed related, even as a food tray. I bought this because of a fractured back. I am sleeping on my side much better, but think it would be ideal if it was firmer. It is much better for pain relief than using individual pillows. Recommend it!

I've had it for about 3 months now, it was too firm when I first used it and too thick for a pillow. I woke up with neck pain. I eventually took out enough stuffing to adjust it just right for my neck. As my belly grew, it has been very good support for my back. I tend to roll over onto my back and this pillow prevents me from laying flat on my back during this pregnancy. I like it but tends to get hot.
