I'm not pregnant but I have a medical condition that causes fluid to build up in my abdomen. I can only sleep on my side and body pillows weren't cutting it, so I thought I'd try this and it's working! No more rolling onto my back and waking up not able to breathe. I wedge one arm of the pillow under my back and use the other side as an arm and leg bolster. I also adjust the stuffing at the head to give my neck a little more support, but it's no different from what I did with my regular pillows. Since I'm always cold, I can't speak to those who say it is too warm for them. I've had the pillow for about 5 weeks and I look forward to getting a good night's sleep now and waking up refreshed. When I first opened the package I shook out the pillow and put it into the dryer with a Woolight dry cleaning sheet and set it for 45 minutes. I was able to use it that night with no strange smells and the pillow was fully fluffed. Since then I've had the best sleep in almost two years. What a relief!
