I like that it's super simple to add new devices from anywhere in our organization as well as easy for technicians (and managers) who are remote or not fully trained yet - they can easily create an account without needing any specific training! It would be nice if we could have more customization options within each category of device such as screen resolution/size etc., but this is something you'd need support for anyway so no real loss here! You should try out their free trial first and see how things go before committing long term since there will likely always updates coming down the road which means additional costs when your happy where you're at now.
