I like that you can do things such as remote access from anywhere in the world with out having to be physically at work. It also allows me to view my schedule remotely without being there. The only thing i dislike about it is if something goes wrong they don't always have an answer immediately. If anything were to go down or break its best just to call them because most of their customer service reps are not very knowledgeable. They will usually tell you what part needs replacing but won't know how exactly to fix it so you end up doing all kinds of research before getting everything fixed.
