Review on Route: The Service Platform by Terry Stubblebine

Easy to use- very intuitive; great customer support! I wish there were more robust reporting features - however this may be due mostly from our own internal team's lackadaisical approach towards updating/upgrading older reports or tracking analytics data over time.

Great product though with an excellent staff behind it who will help you get up & running quickly once onboarded by answering your questions (we did not have any). We are able to track lead flow through all steps within each client account so we can see where leads drop off between stages.- no need anymore for multiple spreadsheets or systems which was costing us tons of money every month trying to keep organized ourselves without their awesome tools at hand.
