I like how easy it was to set up my account with them! It's very intuitive and simple to use once you get used to it; just be patient when setting everything up because there are many options available so don't feel overwhelmed at first (I did). There were some things about their interface/user experience that didn’t make sense or seemed out-of place but overall they have been great thus far. We've made significant strides since we switched over from using our old system which took hours each time someone wanted something done or had questions - this allows us much faster response times while still keeping all information stored throughout the entire route workflow accessible by any employee working within our organization.
