Very helpful customer services staff with reasonable shipping costs
I like how their rates are competitive for freight to Asia without being too expensive compared to other carriers we have used previously that were more cost effective but had not provided as much support once our shipments got into Asian ports (e.g., customs paperwork). No dislikes as it's pretty easy going between them when they don't know something or need clarification about certain procedures from us - no complaints at all! Rates can be hard to find online so if you're having trouble finding good deals then give them a call instead and ask what rate options may exist for your shipment/s since sometimes there aren't many companies who offer lower-than usual prices than say DHL or UPS. We use them because they provide great service and help out whenever needed at key points along our supply chain process.
