I like that it is easy to use at first glance but also offers many features if needed or desired. It's difficult to find something wrong with this software so far! The customer support team has been awesome as well - they are very responsive and quick to answer questions/troubleshoot any issues we come across throughout our day-to-day workflows. I like that it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It also gives you all of your information at once. This allows me to be able to see where I need to go to ship my items without having to search each website one by one. There really isn't anything that I dislike about this program. Everything is going great! The only thing that I dislike is how long it takes to load sometimes. You have to wait for everything to load up before you can see what all of the options are. I love that they have such great tools to help me with my logistics process! They are very easy to use as well! It is sometimes hard making sure all your information has been updated correctly; however it's nothing too difficult or frustrating at this point since their team seems dedicated to helping us out if we're not able to find an answer ourselves! The interface is very easy to use with all information at your fingertips - no scrolling or clicking required! It's also great that I am able see my shipments as they are being calculated so it gives me peace knowing where everything stands between origin/destination ports & airports until final delivery has been confirmed by customer (or if any issues arise).
