I love that they have such great tools to help me with my logistics process! They are very easy to use as well! It is sometimes hard making sure all your information has been updated correctly; however it's nothing too difficult or frustrating at this point since their team seems dedicated to helping us out if we're not able to find an answer ourselves! Honestly i've found no real faults so far other than just being used to using another system.

The best thing about airspaces is how much support staff will go above and beyond for you (and often times over night). That alone really helps make up for any little quirks during setup/use. If you want something simple but effective like myself that doesn't require lots of hands involved in running business operations - then airspace may be worth looking into! Their tool set allows them to manage pretty much everything from one location without having to rely upon several different companies and employees who each only specialize in certain aspects.
