I like most of what Element has done for us. We have been using them since 2006 and they have helped us be more efficient in managing our fleet. It is difficult sometimes to communicate issues that we have with the software but their customer service team is always willing to help. The program has a lot of features but some of them don't seem to be as useful as others. I have not found anything that I dislike about the program.
