Using flex port was pretty good overall

Flexport is easy to use and has a lot of features. I have been able to use it as a freight broker and also as a customer. I have been able to use the app to ship items from one state to another. I have been able to ship items to different warehouses across the country. I have used it to ship items to different clients as well. It is not as easy to use as some of the other freight brokers I have used. It is a little more expensive but I have been able to ship items from one state to another and

Great solution for tracking packages!

I love that you can track your shipment in real time from start-to-finish! It's easy for customers/suppliers to see when shipments have been received or where they're at along their journey. The only thing i dislike would be if there were more options available for tracking once it reaches its destination (i wish we could get an email notification). We've used this service before with other carriers like DHL but was never able to keep up with our shipping needs since everything had to go…

Great to work directly and efficiently, customer focused

The ability for us as business owners/shippers in this day & age just have so much access through social media platforms that we can get our product out there without running around like crazy trying different agencies or companies (that seem more expensive than they should be). I think what makes their service really stand apart from other providers today though has been how easy it was when working with them because you feel comfortable right away! We've had some issues where things were not

An intuitive way to ship items without all those complicated options

The customer support team was very responsive. When I had questions with them directly as well. In my time working there we've been able implement several new features that have helped our business immensely in terms ease-of-(regulating)-use for us here at home office (all while maintaining compliance standards). Really wish customers would give this solution more thought before switching from traditional 3PLs like UPS/DHL or even FedEX. But it's hard not too since no other industry has such an
