We love Smart Truck! They have been able to help us improve our operations in several ways; from safety to fleet maintenance/logistics etc. I cannot think of anything that we would like better than what they already provide - but maybe more training options? As always however there is ALWAYS room for improvement and growth so this may be something worth looking into as well. The system is easy to use but you do need some training or someone who knows it very well before they can fully utilize all of its features which are quite extensive! I wish there were more options available when creating routes so that customers could select their preferred route instead if having them choose from several different ones at once (which was our previous way). I like that this software is very easy to use once you get used it! It's not so technical as some of other programs out there in regards too making sure your trucks are properly loaded before leaving or arriving at work sites which makes my job easier when loading up equipment from our warehouse into truck beds!!
