The system is easy to use but you do need some training or someone who knows it very well before they can fully utilize all of its features which are quite extensive! I wish there were more options available when creating routes so that customers could select their preferred route instead if having them choose from several different ones at once (which was our previous way). This helps eliminate mistakes made by drivers in choosing an incorrect one without realizing until too late because we didn't have full control over where each truck goes. We also had problems maintaining records regarding vehicle maintenance/replacements as this information wasn’t easily accessible within Smart Truck itself unlike other systems such as Workforce Pro / Trackstar etc.. Our fleet managers would manually enter these into separate spreadsheets then import those back onto track star afterwards - time consuming process especially considering how many vehicles exist now compared to five years ago!!
