An intuitive way to ship items without all those complicated options
The customer support team was very responsive. When I had questions with them directly as well. In my time working there we've been able implement several new features that have helped our business immensely in terms ease-of-(regulating)-use for us here at home office (all while maintaining compliance standards). Really wish customers would give this solution more thought before switching from traditional 3PLs like UPS/DHL or even FedEX. But it's hard not too since no other industry has such an incredible toolchain yet offered out so freely :) They have an excellent user-friendly UI for creating shipments with multiple rate types (flat rates/volumetric) that can be easily changed throughout shipping process via simple drop down menus or sliders as needed depending upon which carrier you're using at any given time in your shipment creation workflows.
