The most helpful aspect was that they were able to get us up running quickly without much effort from my side as we had some existing software in place but it wasn't working well enough. I would say there is not one thing about this service provider that i dislike! They have been very responsive when needed and always willing to go above an beyond what's required of them. Nothing really comes to mind other than maybe if their rates could be lowered slightly so more companies/individuals who need assistance can afford them. We used them primarily because of how quick they got things started after being introduced to me and also due to their ability to understand all aspects of vehicle operation which allowed them to make recommendations across multiple departments within the organization.
