The customer service was excellent! They worked with me to ensure that I had everything I needed. I did not like their software as much as I dislike Microsoft Office 365 but they were very helpful. They helped me set up my calendar so that it met my schedule and then made sure every day went well. It was nice knowing that they are there if I need more help at any time. Keep them in mind when you have a problem with an online system. They can make things work again. I used them to sync my Outlook calendars into Google Calendar. I also used them to access my email from home.
