Review on Genesis Background Screening by Adam Johnson

The customer service was great, they were very helpful with my questions about what I needed to do for an interview process when hiring new employees! There are so many things that you can get wrong if not done correctly in this industry which makes it hard sometimes but as long we have good people at our end everything will be fine :) Great experience overall!! Nothing really bad from them either just make sure your doing all of these steps right because there's nothing worse than getting someone hired who has been convicted or had something like child porn come up during their application/background check :). Hiring managers need more information before deciding whether applicants should move forward into interviews. We wanted some assurance regarding criminal records after being told by another employer (who did use Genesys)that no one would ever find anything since everyone lied through every step along way including employment history etcetc -.-.
