She's always available for questions or concerns that arise during implementation process as well when it comes time after launch date - she doesn't hesitate reaching out if there are any hurdles encountered along way (and they have only come up once). The integration of our sales database into their system has been seamless to this point! I haven't seen anything that would be negative as far as functionality goes thus FAR (aside from having an outdated logo).
