Professional, fast response times & clear communication

Our account manager has been very responsive to our needs since we started working together in April of 2018! She's always available for questions or concerns that arise during implementation process as well when it comes time after launch date - she doesn't hesitate reaching out if there are any hurdles encountered along way (and they have only come up once). Nothing really at this point but I'm sure their team will continue improving features over next few months/years so check back often…

The platform has been very easy to navigate for our team of consultants since its launch back in 2015! It's also great that you are able get your own profile page so it feels more personal than other platforms we have used previously (like Hubspot). There could be some improvements made around how quickly content gets posted into each account - but this isn't really something I've come across personally as an admin or consultant yet though maybe others may know better? Definitely look at their…

Very Pleased with Service Provided So Far

The integration of our sales database into their system has been seamless to this point! I haven't seen anything that would be negative as far as functionality goes thus FAR (aside from having an outdated logo). Our team loves it because we've had such positive results so early in its implementation stage - however minor issues have come up here or there which are quickly resolved by contact at Vizionary via phone & email very promptly through out day 2-3 business days if needed until issue was

  • Fast response time, efficient staff who always delivers quality solutions.
  • Great product knowledge across various CRM platforms; great support services provided both with customer service representatives when calling directly OR emails sent back thru same channels immediately after initial call is placed AND then again during any other follow ups required before full resolution obtained
