The ability it has as an all-inclusive toolset with everything you need right at hand (no more having multiple tools).The interface can be overwhelming when trying out new features or functions so I'm not sure how easy this would make onboarding people who have never used Slack before but are looking into using one internally/professionally? I like how easy it is to use with all my teams. It's so simple to set up and share folders between different users. The ability to have multiple people working together at once makes this software very useful. Sometimes it can be slow when you're trying to do something quickly or having trouble loading an attachment. If you want a great team management tool then give deskle a try. You'll love it!
