I generally like this computer, it's easy to set up and does what I want it to do. But I'm shocked that nobody talked about the noisy fan. He works all the time. When you're doing deep work, it can be a distraction. I've tried tips I saw online to reduce fan usage but none of them worked for me. I would return it, but the idea of wiping my personal information and starting over isn't appealing. I would have given it five stars if it hadn't been for the noisy continuous fan.

I am delighted with this purchase. Arrived securely packaged with no damage. Picture quality and touchscreen are excellent! We use it in our kitchen so the sleek design is great for us. Stream TV and Shows, Movies with no hassle. Hidden (pop-up) and DVR player is good too! Pros: speed, facility, clarity, cleanliness and a minimum of details, cables. So far no cons! I advise!

Although I've only recently owned this computer, my experience so far has been positive. I ordered it on Monday and it was on my porch the following Wednesday. The setup process was easy. Day One: The box had a small damage to the handle, which bothered me until I realized the handle had probably been roughly handled. Setup was very easy.
