hard work is right!

This zipper is on the right side of the photo, and the standard size is on the left. Big difference. These are really tough conditions!

Strong zippers! Best cable ties

These are incredibly strong cable ties! Used these to mount the light bar behind the bars and they are more than strong enough to never let the light bar wobble.

  • Perfect for outdoor activities

Extremely hard work!

Heavy Duty! I've used them to hang construction signs on a chain link fence and I'm not worried about them coming loose. Will definitely be buying more for my next job site.

This is NOT a typical cable tie size

They are NOT made in the USA like most of their ties. you are wide! They are durable! I would buy them again and will buy them when needed. Ideal for securely holding hoses and small items on ATVs and race cars.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Don't really like it, it's ok

Very Strong Cable Ties

These cable ties are very strong. I used bolt cutters to trim the ends and then a lighter to round the ends. (At least my wire cutters couldn't get in without a lot of effort.) The manufacturer claims the zip ties are UV resistant, but I haven't used them outdoors yet. These zip ties have replaced the stainless steel hose clamps in my application on my whitewater raft and since the ends of the clamps can actually cut skin if, say, a raft capsizes, I look forward to less risky capsizes. (Not…

They saved the day

I only had the usual cheap zip ties to attach the canister to the bike rack. The canister contained four liters of petrol. During the first 30 minutes of off-road riding, the bindings broke. Thankfully, those best strips were stacked in the basket. I only needed 4 instead of 12. I walked up the mountain road, then back down. Even broke a few connections. Large BMW r1250GS. These bonds gaped before my adventure. Best buy because they worked. Buying cheap stuff that breaks quickly becomes…

used to attach a metal bunk bed to a metal bed frame

I recently reinforced an old metal bed frame (with a few sagging/broken springs) by putting a metal bunk board on top , but as expected that the two frames slip. At first I used standard zippers to hold them together but they broke easily. four of those strong bonds made it; no displacement, no slippage. I am very excited to add them to my toolbox.

Pitty Super Strength

I am the proud mother of an exuberant Pitbull puppy named Georgie. One day Georgie started bending his dog's cage and I was afraid that after his escape the whole house was covered in blood and hair. (2 cats and an older dog) After folding the box I ordered the strongest zip ties I could find. And after placing them in strategic locations, there are no more pup superpowers. They persevered! The rest of my fur family is safe from his treats and rough house games. I even left one uncut just to…

Very hard mode!

I purchased a set of 50 8.9" cable ties to securely attach wrought iron pots and umbrellas to my balcony railing. The zip ties won't sit in the sun all day, but I really like them. additional benefit of UV protection. These zip ties were so easy to use and perfect for the job! I attached three heavy 4 foot wrought iron pots to the balcony railing. Adults walk and kids play nearby, so for my peace of mind I used seven wire ties for each planter. The zip ties are thick, strong and hold tight. I…
