Deflationary token, its circulating volume is reduced by configurations in the contract.
This token decreases its value as time passes and is used, since for each transaction 1% of the total sent is burned, in general there is not much to explain about this type of tokens since they have been increasing for some time, it all depends of your contract and utility.
Currently the biggest problem that this type of token represents is its real utility, that is, are this type of asset really used?
Also, there are already many deflationary tokens and in general they do not have the expected answer, nobody really uses them.

Cons
- Little real use and the exchange volume is low.
- These deflationary tokens are more of an experiment since their usefulness is not well founded.
