Burstcoin is extracted using the Proof-of-Capacity algorithm that uses disk space to extract new coins. The disk space must initially be filled with the generated data needed for mining. This data is called the plot. Then they are converted and converted for the time of converting the block. Miner or pool which calculations take the least time to solve the block and is rewarded with coins from mining and charges for the routes in a given block. The speed of calculation depends on the size of disk space allocated for so-called plots and can be compared to the computing power of Bitcoin excavators.
Energy efficiency and efficiency are very important features of Burstcoin. mining. consumes machine resources only when a new block appears, in between the blocks the only resource used is the busy disk space, which makes Burstcoin much more energy-efficient to extract than other currencies based on Proof-of-Work algorithms.
