hl chainis a platform that has no identification in the cryptocurrency community, it only talkes about the value of the project. But everything about the project is not real. There is nothing to be found on the white paper, poor reviews by user's. It has appeared to be a non-functional platform. It is highly risky to user's, it's not adding value to cryptocurrency owners
This project has been abandoned, by here is no proper information to show the qualities of a good platform in it. the chances of the project coming back to it's Normal function is low, so I advise user's to stay off the project. It's adding nothing but will take something from investors who don't Know there way through the cryptocurrency challenge. Projects like this should not be listed
In conclusion, the price rate should not be a reason why you should choose platform, the price is dropping within the last 24 hours. It's not a safe way of investment
