This is a scam.
A beta version of the project was planned for April 2018, however this never happened.
When verifying the data in bitcointalk there are many users asking about the delay in the launch of their network and assuming that the tests carried out were false, because of this I tried to look for the responses of the developers and no answer appeared.
In 2019 they published an article related to the restructuring of Online, however until now this project has arrived since there is no evidence of further development or changes, basically all developers and team members disappeared.
In general there is nothing else to say, basically a scam.
