Materials were excellent. One roof panel does have some minor damage from shipper, but we decided not to return. Our challenge was our location of the gazebo. It is situated on our deck extremely close to our sunroom on one side and deck rail on the other side. We had to slide the gazebo frequently so that we could have an open door in the sunroom opposite where we had to install the roof panel. A little challenging, but with enough muscle and assistance everything worked perfectly!

I found the directions to be easy to understand and managed to assemble this practically by myself (middle aged female). I needed help at just a few points through the process, such as getting the 4 legs up and bolted together and lifting the roof frame up into place. Everything was very well packaged, and damage to the pieces was minimal (the few dents some pieces had were easily straightened out). This item is excellently packaged and engineered for as easy construction as possible. We purchased the 12 x 16 and it was a committed all day project for my husband and me.

I didn’t assemble it but took a couple of days. All roof panels were protected by film which is great but took extra time to remove. Didn’t hear any issue with it going together. Being aluminum it made it easy to move as needed until it was anchored.

A great addition to our new backyard. It does take at least 3 people to put together. Study and very well made. Comes in two pretty large boxes.

3 of the parts were defective. 2 tiles were broken and a metal frame was mangled ostensibly in transit. The seller required photos several times and then told me they don’t see any defects. Buyer beware!
