I really like the ease of using urban. It allows me to schedule appointments online. I also love that I can access and manage my insurance through their system. Sometimes it seems like it takes a while to get an appointment scheduled. I also don't like that you have to wait to see the doctor. I am happy to be able to find this treatment option for my patients in order that they can have an effective way of healing their pain without having to travel or stay somewhere else than where you live which is very important when your health may depend on it.
