Ola is a great platform to book cab in India. It has amazing features like it allows one to pay online through credit card or debit card, also it provides great customer support. The best thing about ola corporate is that it provides us with cab service at very low rates. Also, the customer care executives are very cooperative and polite. Sometimes they don't provide us with information when we need them most such as the availability of cab in the given area. I feel like there should be more options for their customers to choose from. I love how friendly all of olas drivers are, not once have i been rudely accosted by an employee or driver! It is so simple to use- just enter where you need transportation via google maps then pick it up from there as well - very easy!! no complaints at this time though (knock wood) :). I like that it is very easy for business travellers to use, there are different types of plans you could go with depending what suits best within their budget!
