The best part of using this service was that it helped me save money by not having to pay for taxis or other means of transport when I needed them, which saved time as well! The best thing about this service has been that it's very cheap, even for students who have difficulty paying high fares due to their low income or lack of credit card. The service is excellent, the rates are reasonable and the drivers are friendly. The only thing that I don't like about this service is the lack of English speaking staff. While there are some staff who speak English, most do not. This has been an issue for me when booking tickets or asking questions. Also, the website is very confusing. It's easy for me, as I'm an Egyptian living outside of Cairo (and therefore not able to use buses), to schedule my trips by myself using this app! The service itself isn't great though, sometimes it doesn’t work at all or shows incorrect prices when you try booking more than one trip per day/week etc..
