The best thing about this service has been that it's very cheap, even for students who have difficulty paying high fares due to their low income or lack of credit card. I think they should add more buses to different places so people will not be forced to use expensive taxis. It would also help if you could request stops along your route at any time by SMS. Also when requesting an appointment with a doctor through the app the system doesn't always show up as booked, sometimes showing only half booked and other times nothing shows up at all. This means waiting around a lot longer than necessary and wasting my time. For those looking to get from A-B without having much money in their pocket, this app works well and is pretty reliable. Especially for trips between Cairo University campus and downtown Cairo where there are many bus stations.
