Review on swvl by Douglas Davis

The service is excellent, the rates are reasonable and the drivers are friendly. The only thing that I don't like about this service is the lack of English speaking staff. While there are some staff who speak English, most do not. This has been an issue for me when booking tickets or asking questions. Also, the website is very confusing. It took me a while to figure out how to make a reservation. I am trying to find a way to use this service more often since it is so convenient. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a quick way to get around Cairo. I have used this service many times when visiting my family members in Cairo. It's easy to use, reliable and cheap! I don't really have any complaints. I just wish that there was more English speaking staff.
