Sometimes they don't provide us with information when we need them most such as the availability of cab in the given area. I feel like there should be more options for their customers to choose from. It would be great if you could also see the location of your car before booking it. This helps me ensure that I am going to reach my destination safely. Also, it's a nice feeling knowing that I have found an online taxi service that does not charge extra fees for late arrivals or cancellations. I highly recommend this service because it has helped us save quite a bit of money. We use it mostly for business trips but we also use it occasionally for personal trips.
