I bought this dog door and didn't install it right away. So when I opened it and saw the size I tried to return it but it was too late so I figured I'd just install it anyway. The screws were misaligned in one corner and the screw mount in the same corner was not properly tightened. None of the other screws went in. So this is a defective product and I cannot return it. I can't write a review because I can't say enough good things about it. The fact that I cannot exchange or return it makes me a very dissatisfied buyer. Open it up immediately and make sure everything is aligned. I have to give him a star to post my comment but he doesn't deserve it.
