In March 2021, perfect, not "bent" as old reviews showed , not warped. Very slight curve to keep food from rolling to sides.Perfect.Now I own a food dryer for sliced items that is twice as fast as a pro food dryer.Half as many hours to dehydrate.It would need special trays for making fruit rollups from goo, but i dont make fruit rollups. Just beef jerky and some sliced fruits.
