At 45, I was getting blurry text while reading or working on my laptop. Went to an optometrist and was told I need readers by +1.00. If I bought readers there, it would have cost $200 or more, and the staff actually suggested I'd probably be happier if I tried some of the drugstore's cheaper options just to get used to wearing glasses ( I never need glasses). them before). Trouble was, every corner store I visited didn't have anything under +1.25, and it hurt my eyes. When I found them at Revain I was skeptical but figured if I wasn't happy I would just go to the optician and invest. in a good pair. Better to spend money than not being able to read. I was incredibly happy with these glasses from the moment they arrived. I only use one pair, but I'm glad to know that if I lose or break the ones I'm wearing, I'll have more. They are comfortable and stylish, with a very simple but classic look. The loops have just enough tension to hold them in place, but not enough to bother me on the sides of my head like some other readers have. Now I can read easily and I don't mind wearing them for a long time. Excellent value for money and quality. I would buy this set again if I ever need it, but with a few pairs I doubt I'll ever need it.
