Bad case Computer case

Would give 0 stars if I could. I never write reviews but here it is. I bought one but the sidebar doesn't open. I literally can't open it and am waiting for help from my dad. Mine may be bad, but this case is the worst case I've ever built. (I have built over 15 PCs and this is my first product review)
