Great phone holder for the price!

The Hohem iSteady Mobile Stabilizer is ideal for people who shoot a lot with mobile devices and want to instantly make their videos more professional. At first I was skeptical that it would work well and I was impressed with its stability. The stabilization is buttery smooth and the gimbal holds large phones with no problem. It's very light, which helps when you hold the phone for a while. Set up time is very quick as everything is in one piece and balancing the phone on the gimbal is very easy and only takes a few seconds. The different IS modes are great as they allow you to change how the IS works depending on the shot. My favorite crafting mode is 360 degree barrel rotation. This makes the footage look like it's part of Inception. The controls on the gimbal are nice and easy to use. You can move your phone with the joystick and you can download an app to control the recording with the stabilizer buttons. If you download the app, you can even use the auto-tracking feature, which automatically follows any subject you capture, which is very convenient. The battery life is really good, it lasted me about 10 hours, most likely it will be different for everyone. depending on how heavy your phone is or how well you balance the gimbal. But I was very impressed. You can charge your phone via the USB power output from the gimbal, which is good for longer recording sessions. And the stabilizer recharges relatively quickly. I am very happy with my purchase and if you want to impress your friends with your smooth videos or maybe do a travel vlog, I will definitely consider getting this gimbal. This is a great way to keep footage steady when your hands are shaking.
