I would like to preface my comment by saying that this handle fits my toilet and works well. However, I did not receive the item pictured here. The item I received did not have "Mansfield" printed on it. I bought this item on purpose because it looked like an exact replacement for my broken items. No, that is not so. You can find much cheaper generic ones at your local hardware store. Here's what it is: A generic substitute is sold as a brand name substitute. In addition to not having "Mansfield" printed on the item, it also had damage on the same surface. The item I ordered was sold by a plumbing wholesaler. I don't know if the deception is in them or on the product page, but I would definitely avoid both.
