(7/19/2022 Update) Replacement LED received today. Company was pleasant to work with, responding to my issue quickly and efficiently. I have not tried to install the new unit yet but issues there will be on my. The company performed well.(written 7-12-2022) I bought a 36x28 Keonjinn mirror on 10/16/19. It has worked perfectly until 2 nights ago. For some reason the blue LED lights are now off and it's acting like a strobe light when its dark. Like middle of night dark. Maybe there's a on/off switch or reset button somewhere? I do not have, or cannot find, my owner's manual and have spent this morning trying to find someone representing the company in America who is willing to help me. If there is someone I cannot find them. Manufacturer's website chat is through WhatAp which I do not use. I sent an email to the company headquarters in Hong Kong. No idea if I'll get a response or not. I like the mirror but.If anyone out there has a owner's manual would you please check it for me?Thanks.
