I got a medium, and I have to say it is a bit too small for a size 7. I am a true size 7/38. The back of the slippers, because they rise, will limit the space you have at your heels. It doesn't bother me too much to return for an L. Other than that, these are cute and of good quality so far!Update - so it did bother me enough and since I had already worn it for a few weeks, I decided to order an L. The L fits well for a 7 and up. If you are a 9 get XL. If you are an 11, these would not work for you. :) Other than that, these slippers are cute, comfortable, and well made! <3
