🐢 Little Tikes Turtle Sandbox - 632884 Review

Two different size turtles sold by Little Tikes with the same description. Very annoying. My MIL has one that is at least a foot larger in diameter and a few inches deeper. My daughter loves it but will outgrow it when she is 3 years old.

I got this sandbox when my son was 2 years old, now he is 3 years old and he still plays in this sandbox. I think it's the perfect size for him, he comes in sometimes but mostly just plays with it while sitting. I only put 2 sandbags in and it was fine, I think I can put 3 in but I never do.

The summer sandpit is great for a three to four year old. In this compact sandbox, the child can have fun for a long time. Convenient lid to keep leaves and other debris out. It may be small when multiple kids use it at the same time, but perfect for one.

My 21 year old grandson has been using this sandpit for a few weeks now and always enjoys playing in it when he visits his grandma. The lid fits well and I don't have to worry about it blowing off in the wind. I bought this particular sandbox because it reminds me of the one my sons had when they were little. Also, this sandpit has a lid to keep the neighborhood cats out when my grandson isn't playing in it.

Extremely cheap and weak. Everything came full of scratches. The lid does not fit or does not hold. It is blown away by a strong wind. I can't put a stone on it because the shell is so thin it can warp. The edges of the cover are not very cleanly cut and are manipulated. The whole turtle is very thin. This will work for my 1 year but I will never buy this again. very disappointed in Little Tikes.

Many years ago I bought a turtle sandbox for my grandchildren and they loved it! it was big enough for everyone to climb in and play together. So great grandchildren showed up and of course I want a Little Tikes Turtle Sandbox for them too! It's still well made but has shrunk over the years so it now comfortably fits just a grandson and his sand toys whereas years ago they could all crawl together and there was plenty of room for them.

I used to have an old used Little Tikes Turtle sandbox. This turtle survived 3 previous children and then 2 of my children before the lid and head broke and had to be thrown away. This new turtle was purchased for my third child during the Covid-19 pandemic and local stores (Walmart and Target) were out of stock. The new turtle is definitely made of thinner plastic. Yes, the seats are good (the old version didn't have them) but most kids sit in the sand anyway. The lid doesn't have locking…
