Torn after 2 months. Lots of water seeped through the hole and our sandpit got pretty dirty. We need to replace our sand. The piece of plastic at the top wasn't strong either, so it was difficult to get a tight fit. upset.

Material too thin for a sandbox. Not layered. Also, finding the right size is difficult. It does not declare that sandbox pages are included. It reads like it's a flat square instead of a square. People who sew will understand that.

We wanted to build a sandbox for our grandson, but we didn't want it to become a giant litter box for the neighborhood cats. My husband built a sandpit to go with this lid and it works great! We live in a very windy area but so far the coating is holding up strong.

I wish I had found this a year ago while building my granddaughter's sandbox! It works great and stays in place even in strong winds. Rain collects in it, but I've learned to pump most of it out before removing the lid, or it spills into the sandbox. Hope it lasts this winter!

Made a 6x6 quarry for our son and needed a cover. It fits and will fit, but it's VERY thin material compared to our other outdoor sleeves. I'm not sure how long that will last in the Florida heat and rain. It appears to be waterproof, but water collects and you should definitely remove it before opening. Our sandbox is between two sizes so I went with the larger one and it didn't work for us at all. Because it's too big, it doesn't fit snugly enough to stay in place and blows away in the slightest breeze. We started putting a rock in the middle to hold it, but then when it rained the water pooled and overflowed into the box. It might have been better if they offered more sizes or made it so you could tighten it more tightly. The material is also very thin so I doubt it will last more than one…

So transparent I was shocked. The image makes it look like a tarp but is as silky as a windbreaker. This image is greatly enlarged, so the water droplets are probably the size of a pinhead. The cable doesn't work either. Not at all. I will try because I have nothing else. I'm going to put two boards on it to hold it because, as I said, the cord doesn't work. I bought this 6ft x 6ft x 8in (LxWxD) sandpit for our kids and it's big enough (it's probably almost a 6.5ft square, without lateral depth). The sync cord goes all the way around which helps to secure it but requires some adjustments to make it a little snug. I haven't had much wind so I can't say how well it will hold up. Storm.
