I have the eight inch half round in coarse. Both sides have teeth, one side is flat, the teeth go all the way around including the edges, and It cuts in all directions unlike a traditional rasp that only cuts in one. Shredded through a natural fork slingshot like it was butter. Ruffed it out in about an hour. It was some kind of Pine wood so it was a soft wood. I have more forks to go though of like twenty Eucalyptus wood, a couple mystery forks, and this rasp is going to help me build inventorySee full review
