Beautiful dress. Great quality. It has many layers that makes it poofy. My 2 year old will wear it for grandparents' 50th anniversary. For reference she's 3'3" and weighs about 40 lbs. Chest is 22". Fits perfect with about an inch to spare in the chest if she grows while the date approaches. Buy it!
