New product, after 11 shots the brad nail jammed and bent in the gun, required that I remove the faceplate which is where the issue begins. There are 3 screws holding on the initial plate, tightened down so far they bend the provided allen wrench trying to get them out, did they super glue these things in? Stripped one and had to use vice grips to try to get it out, found I still could not access the top of the nail so had to try to remove the 2nd plate to get to nail. Here again only got 1 of the two screws out before stripping the 2nd it simply would not move. Put it in the box and sending it back, gun seemed but even with PB buster I could not get the screws out to address a jam.
