Review on Preserve Freshness and Flavor with Snips 035003 Farm Cheese Keeper by Dean Pinheiro

I seem to have always had a lot of cheese and never liked cheese bags. This container is great for keeping cheese fresh. I also think it's roomy, but that depends on what "roomy" means to others. If you have pounds and pounds of cheese, one of these containers won't do. But for me it's the perfect size. Yes, you can't cut cheese on a stand-----this is not a cheese cutting board. It's a cheese holder. So I don't mind having to take the cheese out for slicing. In any case, I'm looking forward to it.
